		<description>Andrew, you were asking me about why I was using Aperture Priority the other day while shooting the Mummers. It was pretty much just experimentation with the camera but another thing about Av is that it can allow you to really help control the DoF more. 

If you&#039;re taking landscape pictures where you want the entire scene in focus, go for a small aperture. If you want sharp foreground images with an out of focus background (like several of my Mummer shots), open the lens up more. 

With the Av setting, you can pretty much set and forget and hope the camera does a good job managing the other settings to properly expose the shot.</description>
